  • We are an organisation that is passionate about live sports and events. We create bespoke packages for private and corporate groups for global profile events across a range of sports and music at iconic venues across the UK and Europe.

  • If you have any sporting or live music event taking place across the UK and Europe, please contact us to enquire about an official tickets and hospitality. If you join our mailing list, we will also contact you about our latest offers and deals.

  • Tickets will be seated together in pairs of 2 or 4. For most events however, we can arrange more seats together, depending on our availability and allocations. Therefore, we encourage you to clearly state the seating preferences for your group when making an enquiry or purchase.

    For large groups or corporate outings, please contact us via corporate@silverpeaks.club with your specific enquiry.

  • The exact event date/time will be confirmed around 4-8 weeks beforehand. It is always be possible that dates change due to tv scheduling, cup games or other extraordinary events. Please check the official channels of clubs, leagues and event organisers. We will also advise you of any changes when we are made aware.

  • Weekend events will normally be held on Saturdays and Sundays. In the small chance a match is moved to Friday or Monday around that same weekend, we cannot cancel the order without any charges.

    If events change by several days, please get in contact with us to see if we can make any changes to your booking or refund. We cannot guarantee this in all cases.

  • Depending on the events, the stadium/venue or category of seating the rules and restrictions on clothing may vary. Please check with the event organiser, stadium/venue before attending. As a rule of thumb, we suggest smart casual in hospitality areas.

    Away fans are not allowed to wear any away teams clothing. The venue may deny access to any away fan. We are not responsible for anyone who is trying to enter the stadium with away team clothing.

    Please provide details including your preferred event and the number of guests, and a member of our customer service team will be happy provide you with all the info you need to secure your tickets and hospitality package with Silver Peaks.

  • Silver Peaks are committed to providing official hospitality at competitive prices.

    If you have budget limitations, we will always strive to create package that can work within your constraints.

    We will always ensure that placing your trust in us is rewarded with great prices and discounts where possible.

  • Depending on the event we will ask for a deposit to secure your booking or in other cases we will require the full balance to be paid. This is linked to how close the date of the event is.

  • We accept banks transfers via BACS and CHAPS. We can also accept payment methods including debit card and credit card. Our bank details can be found at the bottom of your invoice.

  • Tickets and hospitality packs are typically dispatched 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event.

    Due to procedures instructed by some event organisers, certain tickets and hospitality packs are issued closer to the event date. This is carried out to prevent black market activity.
